Elizabeth Erbrecht, LMT, NCTMB, is a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist, Wellness Advocate, and a wellness professional with a Bachelor's Degree in theology and counseling from Carlow University. She has served as a hospice spiritual care coordinator, synthesizing her passion for therapeutic bodywork and her dedication to the geriatric community. A certified Access Bars Facilitator, Elizabeth has recently introduced the Access Bars technique for the elimination of limiting beliefs and the creation of a joyful, prosperous life.
Dedicated to the pursuit of holistic, nature-based healing modalities for over 13 years, Elizabeth is a multifaceted practitioner who supports alternative healing therapies for the elimination of chronic, or acute, illnesses. She has accumulated the training and experience required for teaching level mastery, bringing insight and education to those interested in helping individuals attain the highest levels of health and well-being possible.
Elizabeth incorporates Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential healing oils in her sessions and offers private health wellness consults for clients seeking to transform their body and soul. She also performs Aroma Touch Therapy sessions which re-balance the body and minimize the effects of environmental toxins, emotional stress, and inflammation. Elizabeth is passionate about continuing education and the healing paths which honor one's highest good and the purity of body, mind, and spirit. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, Zachary, and their daughter, Evelyn.
